In this role, you'll be the first face they see in the morning, ensuring that breakfast service runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a touch of warmth. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays Assist with food handling and portioning, adhering to dietary guidelines and food industry standards Restock supplies regularly, monitor food inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups as needed Experience Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices within the hospitality industry Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and following food safety management protocols Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy trays or boxes safely in accordance with workplace safety standards Join us in delivering memorable mornings for our guests!
