The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and/or demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, customer service, and team development, ensuring that our café provides an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of café operations, including food preparation, making Acai bowls, and Smoothies and service. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction processing. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health regulations. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production, preparation, and handling. Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations as well as fine dining experience is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management. Demonstrated ability in staff training, shift management, and supervising teams effectively. Knowledge of budgeting processes within a café or restaurant setting. Experience in kitchen management and food safety compliance is essential. Previous experience in Acai bowls, and Smoothies operations is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
