As a Busser, you will support the front-of-house operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your job is to make sure tables are promptly cleared, sanitized, and set for new guests, helping to keep the service flowing smoothly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service and hospitality while working in a lively team environment. Pay is hourly plus tips. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and properly set for incoming guests Assist with food and beverage delivery to tables as needed, supporting servers in providing excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables, chairs, and surrounding surfaces in accordance with sanitation standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies using safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and address guest needs promptly Support kitchen staff by transporting dishes, utensils, or supplies safely between areas Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times Skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate smoothly with servers, kitchen staff, and management Customer service mindset with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Knowledge of restaurant operations, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations beneficial Effective communication skills to relay guest requests or concerns clearly and professionally Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
