Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Busser/Assistant Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team! This pivotal role combines the fast-paced energy of supporting our service staff with the leadership responsibilities of assisting in daily restaurant operations. As a key team member, you will ensure seamless food and beverage service, uphold exceptional customer experiences, and support management in maintaining a smooth-running establishment. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and hospitality expertise will help create an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and staff are motivated to excel. Duties Supervise and coordinate busser activities to ensure timely clearing, resetting, and presentation of tables for optimal guest satisfaction Operate POS systems for order entry, payments, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity Support staff training initiatives by mentoring new team members on food safety, service standards, and operational procedures Oversee shift management duties including assigning tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness standards Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food handling and customer service principles Prior supervisory or assistant management experience within the hospitality or food industry is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to lead teams effectively through clear communication, training & development skills, and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume shifts Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while developing your leadership skills! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
