Who WE are looking for:
Primary responsibility of the Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high-volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server. Job titles similar to this role include: Dining Room Attendant Server Assistant What is expected of
YOU:
Excellent internal/external guest service; Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist; Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas; Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards; Transport dirty items to dish room; Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers; Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper; Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Experience YOU will need:
High School diploma or GED. At least 6 months in a similar role or related field. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests. Capability to handle high volumes and stressful situations with composure. Experience in working in fast-paced environments. Skill in maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to carry and balance trays. Lift up to +50 lbs. Stand for long periods. Navigate crowded spaces. Handle fast-paced environments. Flexibility in bending and reaching. Adaptability to casino conditions, including bright lights and noise
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
