The ideal cook candidate is a skilled, disciplined professional with a strong culinary foundation and a commitment to excellence. They must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of executing precise techniques under pressure while maintaining composure and cleanliness. A deep understanding of ingredients, presentation, and timing is essential, along with a collaborative mindset and respect for the hierarchy of the kitchen. The candidate should demonstrate passion for hospitality and take pride in contributing to an elevated guest experience through consistently exceptional cuisine. Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server.Essential Job Functions :
Excellent internal/external guest service; Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist; Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas; Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards; Transport dirty items to dish room; Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers; Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper; Other reasonable duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
High School/GED preferred 6 months related experiencePreferred:
Bi-lingual a plusCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
