Overview Join our dynamic restaurant team at Krave Brunch House, as a Restaurant Staff member and be the heartbeat of a vibrant dining environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the hospitality industry while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with their dining needs to foster a positive atmosphere Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring quick and friendly service Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures throughout the restaurant, including tables, kitchen areas, and restrooms Support food safety management practices by adhering to food safety protocols and handling procedures Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met Assist with setup, restocking supplies, and closing duties to keep the restaurant organized and ready for service Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and resolve guest concerns promptly Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to uphold health standards Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We are hiring all positions from kitchen manager, FOH server manager, servers, bussers, hosts, dishwashers, bussers, cooks, and prep. Open interviews all week in person only. Opening between the 20th and the 25th of July. Bring your resume or fill out an application on site. On site interviews will happen between the times of 10 am to 6 pm 15th-19th. Business hours will be 7 am to 3pm.
Pay:
$5.49 - $24.00 per hour
