Cafeteria Associate - Window's Cafe Join Our Team at Window's Cafe! Window's Cafe, located within our welcoming Independent Living community, is looking for a friendly, dependable Cafeteria Associate to provide excellent service to our residents. If you enjoy working with people, preparing simple meals, and creating a positive dining experience, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet residents with a friendly, helpful attitude. Operate the cash register and accurately process resident purchases. Prepare and serve light meals, sandwiches, soups, salads, and other menu items. Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the day. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café and kitchen area. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Work as part of the dining services team to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous cashier, food service, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Friendly, patient, and professional with older adults. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with excellent attendance. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
