This position will be responsible for: Providing superior service to our guests! Preparing food items for the complimentary guest breakfast. Using basic kitchen equipment Setting up and monitoring the breakfast buffet during breakfast hours and refilling items as needed. Ensuring food service and dining areas are always neat and clean. Following food safety and sanitation procedures. Removing dirty dishes and cleaning tables as they are vacated by guests. Breaking down the buffet at the end of operating hours. Ensuring all food is labeled, dated, and stored properly. Cleaning and sanitizing all food service equipment and machines. Cleaning kitchen and serving areas at the end of the shift, washing serving dishes/utensils, sweeping and mopping floor, and emptying trash bins. Previous food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person without experience. Competitive Wages and Excellent Benefits!
