In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a delicious, high-quality breakfast experience, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing exceptional in-person customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy a memorable morning with us, setting the tone for their entire day. Duties Prepare and present breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to create an inviting atmosphere Serve guests promptly and courteously, addressing dietary preferences or special requests with professionalism Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment according to food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and other small appliances Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace when restocking supplies or setting up stations Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly customer service Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Ability to follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure hygiene standards are maintained Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on in-person interactions and positive guest experiences Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory levels Familiarity with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required Ability to handle weight handling tasks in the workplace comfortably and safely Previous catering, banquet, or hospitality experience is advantageous Demonstrated understanding of food handling regulations and dietary considerations Serve Safe certification is a bonus but not a requirement This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional breakfast experiences.
