Job Description Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely delivery for meetings and events. Maintain inventory of catering supplies and restock as needed. Communicate with vendors to manage catering needs and resolve issues efficiently. Set up and break down catering arrangements, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations and service standards. Monitor quality and presentation of food and beverages. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Catering Assistant should have: Experience coordinating catering services or similar roles. Strong organizational and time management skills.
