Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards Set up breakfast buffet stations, including food presentation, replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, , and portioning ingredients as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment regularly Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays. Adhere to manual handling guidelines when lifting or moving heavy trays or supplies to prevent injury Provide friendly in person customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing any special dietary requests or inquiries Skills Previous experience in food handling, restaurant service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a food industry setting Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing portion sizes accurately Ability to handle manual weight lifting in the workplace safely and responsibly Join us in creating welcoming mornings filled with great food and exceptional service!
