What you'll do Support multiple service areas by cross-training and filling in as a Barista, Food Preparer, Nutrition Services Associate, Dish Associate, and Server to meet staffing needs and ensure smooth operations. Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages that are fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing, while accurately following recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by running trays to patient rooms, assisting guests at point-of-sale stations, and responding promptly and professionally to customer and patient needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment by adhering to food safety protocols, departmental standards, and demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. Required qualifications Certified Food Handler's card within 30 days of hire. One year of experience working in retail food service or healthcare food service.
