Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning. Fill ice Ensure cleanliess of the dining room, bar, and other areas. Clean the restrooms and ensure they are maintained and stocked. Check restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure cleanlines. Clean the back area and keep it organized. Take out trash Remove empty dishes from tables during dining hours Refill drinks with water and tea pitchers provided in kitchen complete busser side work at beginning and end of shift
