Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser and play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring tables are promptly cleared, sanitized, and reset to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere, allowing servers to focus on delivering outstanding service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked for incoming guests Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS when needed Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs in accordance with food safety standards Support food handling and beverage service by refilling water glasses and assisting with basic food preparation when required Process cash transactions accurately during guest checkouts and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment Provide excellent guest relations by offering friendly assistance and ensuring guest comfort throughout their visit Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are necessary for processing transactions Familiarity with beverage service, including spirits experience, cocktail knowledge, wine knowledge, and drink service is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols is desirable OpenTable or similar reservation system experience can be beneficial but not mandatory Nightclub or fine dining experience adds value; however, all applicants should demonstrate a passion for hospitality and guest relations Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining moments.
