There are other food products such as Coffee, Bubble Tea, Pizza/Wings. Relevant experience is mandatory for this position. This is one of the top rated cafe in the area. Person should be able to multitask and handle other food products. Will provide on site paid training. This person need to have food industry experience and will be responsible for training other team members, backfill when needed and help with inventory and stocking. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with the menu. Person should be able to multitask. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Make food products such as scoop Ice Cream, milk shakes, Boba, Coffee Lattes, pizzas etc. Stock toppings/ products as needed and ensure that products are displayed neatly and attractively. Keep the store clean. Keep up the appearance of the store at all times. Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and inventory control. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food industry and/or managing people required.

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
