Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are replenished promptly and attractively displayed Greet guests warmly, assist with menu selections, and answer any questions about food options or dietary needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, counters, and serving stations Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Assist with catering or banquet breakfast setups when required, ensuring timely delivery and presentation Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service flow efficiently Qualifications Prior experience in food industry settings is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience serving in restaurants or catering environments is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is beneficial but not required Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends; physical stamina to stand for extended periods is essential This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in dynamic environments.
