Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes to meet quality standards Support the setup and breakdown of catering events and food truck stations efficiently Serve food and beverages to guests with friendly, attentive guest relations Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bussing tables and handling food safety protocols Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling accurately Help with beverage service, including wine knowledge application and drink presentation when needed Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times Experience Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
