We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our Hilton hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and inviting breakfast experience for our guests while ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence in a hotel environment. This position is for every weekend and weekday help as needed. Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, ensuring presentation meets hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including bussing tables and cleaning up spills promptly. Monitor food safety practices, ensuring all items are stored correctly and within safe temperature ranges. Order food items as needed Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations as needed. Ensure all utensils, plates, and glassware are clean and available for guest use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to the buffet. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing exceptional service to all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel or culinary environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential, a valid Food Service Card is mandated. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when taking guest inquiries. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are necessary for success in this role. Must be able to lift and carry items as needed throughout the shift.
