Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
• Stock breakfast items such as food, beverages, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
• Greet guests and assist with any inquiries or special requests
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Monitor food levels and replenish as needed
• Operate cash register for guest payments
• Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of guests
• Assist with delivery of room service orders, if necessary

Skills:

• Culinary skills for basic food preparation
• Strong guest services skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to handle guest relations professionally and resolve any issues or complaints
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
