Job Description
Looking for a meat cutter/butcher ideally with at least 5 years of experience in a meat cutter or butcher position. However, we are willing to train an individual who has the desire to learn the trade. Responsibilities include cutting, deboning, grinding, wrapping, sausage making, cleaning, planning/prioritizing production. Processes live animals such as cattle, hogs, lambs, sheep, and goats yielding fully dressed out carcasses for further processing.
