Job Description
Possess the skill to proficiently trim various cuts of meat, removing excess fat, connective tissue, and undesirable portions while preserving the desired shape and structure for optimal BBQ cooking. Able to follow recipes for proper seasoning of the trimmed meats. To include filling sausage casing with meat mixture. Ability to use meat grinder. Strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area to prevent cross-contamination and uphold the highest standards of food safety in the trimming process. Efficiently manage time to meet production goals, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a steady supply of trimmed meat for BBQ preparation while minimizing waste and maintaining productivity. Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
