Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Supervise dealers in assigned pit section. Maintain the highest standards of customer service, game protection and integrity in the Table Games department.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages gaming activities for assigned section of pit Rates players, maintains proper table banks and ensure integrity of games Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve dispute Implement all Casino procedures relating to Table Games operations Perform special assignments as assigned by Table Games Director or Shift Manager Perform other duties as assigned Perform basic computer duties
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three years experience working as a Table Games employee in a Casino with live house banked games with similar betting limits and at least one year's experience as a dual rate supervisor/dealer or higher. Knowledge of roulette, blackjack and Pai Gow. Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Knowledge of effective money handling procedures Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations Skilled in resolving customer and Team Member relation issues Knowledge of basic computer skills
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED (required)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
