$75,000-$85,000 base + bonus eligibility

Luxury boutique lifestyle hotel offering elevated dining experiences, multiple outlets, and exceptional guest service in a premier Southern California resort destination.

Qualifications:

Current Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or higher-level culinary leader with several years of progressive management experience. Proven background in luxury boutique, lifestyle, or upscale full-service hotels overseeing multiple outlets, banquets, and in-room dining operations. Strong fine dining experience with a passion for culinary excellence, team development, and delivering consistent high-quality execution.

Requirements:

Must have a stable career history with strong tenure and demonstrated success leading culinary teams in a hotel environment. Hands-on leader with experience managing food quality, labor, purchasing, inventory, sanitation, and financial performance. Valid U.S. work visa required; no sponsorship available.
