Job Description

Seasoned Catering is seeking reliable, experienced catering chefs to join our growing team for weddings, corporate events, and private parties throughout Colorado including the mountains. This is a flexible, part-time/on-call position with shifts based on our event schedule. Applicants should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced culinary team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items according to company recipes and standardsAssist with onsite cooking, plating, buffet setup, and food presentationMaintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspaceProperly transport, handle, and store food and equipmentCommunicate professionally with chefs, event staff, and clientsAssist with kitchen breakdown and cleanup following events

Qualifications:

Previous culinary, restaurant, banquet, or catering experienceStrong knife skills and knowledge of proper food-handling proceduresDependable, punctual, and comfortable working in changing event environmentsAble to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsReliable transportation to events throughout the Denver metro area and ColoradoWeekend and evening availabilityStarting at $25-30 hr
