In this unique and enriching environment, we offer Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, as well as a skilled Health Center where we provide our residents with quality care and services. The on-site Health Center at Meadow Ridge in Redding, Connecticut is a certified facility providing skilled nursing for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We're looking for a Sous Chef who shares our passion and commitment to making Meadow Ridge the best. Schedule to be discussed; no late nights Hourly wage range: $27 -$28.25 The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the overall coordination of food preparation and presentation, and the supervision of kitchen staff. Responsible for sanitation, preparation of food using standardized recipes, methods of preparation, serving portion requirements, meal schedules/proper storage of raw and prepared food and cleaning requirements.
