In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and manage all aspects of food production and inventory control. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and consistency Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe working environment Train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills, productivity, and teamwork capabilities Handle shift management duties including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring smooth operational flow during busy hours Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction Implement cost control measures by managing budgets, controlling food costs, and optimizing resource utilization Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food handling safety standards Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and managing restaurant operations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Background in hospitality management or culinary arts with casual dining or fine dining experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team toward excellence!
