Job Description
oversee daily food service preparations and delivery create enjoyable, nutritious, and diverse menus assist in hiring and developing BOH staff maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and health regulations manage department budget, including food purchasing, inventory management, and cost controls prior experience in senior living or healthcare settings strongly preferred minimum of 2 years' experience in food service management required
- CDM or culinary degree from recognized academic training program strongly preferred; extensive training may be substituted
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required
