Job Duties:

Transport medical members to and from doctor's appointments Occasionally make prescription stops when needed Open and close doors for members Assist members with loading/unloading medical equipment such as walkers, folding wheelchairs, etc. Complete daily inspection sheets Clean vehicle daily and wash as needed $90 background check application fee (paid up-front by the applicant) Must be willing to work flexible hours including Saturdays and Sundays (rotating weekends) Must complete online training course provided by employer Occasionally drive company transport vehicle to Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Panama City, Tampa, Florida, and Valdosta, Georgia, but mostly local driving for pick-ups and drop-offs Computer skills are needed - you will need to be able to use applications on your phone (smartphone or tablet). Hours of operation will vary depending on schedules of clients. Employer does require motor vehicle records, drug screening, reference and national background checks. DOT physical required. — Requires an acceptable motor vehicle record. — Applicant/Employee required to pay for screenings out of pocket (DOT physical, drug/background screenings)

• Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is a plus.
