We are a busy casual restaurant looking for an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in the quality of their food, and can stay organized during busy shifts.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards Work efficiently on the line during high-volume shifts Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion sizes Complete food prep and keep your station stocked and ready for service Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized workstation Communicate and work well with cooks, servers, and management Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties Help receive, rotate, and properly store food when needed

Qualifications:

Previous line cook experience required Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and food quality Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of a kitchen Must be available for scheduled shifts; evening and weekend availability is a plus
