Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef / Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet the restaurant's high standards Assist in menu planning, ensuring dishes are innovative and aligned with customer preferences and dietary requirements Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork and efficiency Manage food inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients Oversee food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate with the catering team for special events, banquets, and large-scale food service operations Lead by example in food handling, portion control, and presentation to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments or similar high-end culinary environments Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a kitchen setting Strong background in food production, catering, and restaurant management practices Knowledge of inventory control, food safety regulations, and dietary accommodations Skilled in menu planning, food preparation techniques, and kitchen management systems Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering a positive work environment Experience with banquet service, event catering, and shift management is highly desirable Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us if you're passionate about culinary excellence and eager to lead a talented team in delivering memorable dining experiences. Pay:
