The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards for food quality and cleanliness, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations Assist with menu planning and specials (as needed) Monitor food inventory and minimize waste Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management Handle prep work, line cooking, and closing duties

Qualifications:

Previous professional kitchen or chef experience required Knowledge of food safety and proper kitchen procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong time-management and organizational skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
