Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Sous Chef / Line Cook, where your passion for food and leadership will shine! Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Supervise kitchen staff during service shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations Manage food production processes, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper storage practices Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen activities Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings fresh, innovative, and aligned with guest preferences Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions effectively Lead catering events and banquet preparations, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes in large-scale settings Monitor kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance to uphold a safe working environment Manage shift schedules and coordinate team efforts to optimize productivity during busy hours Experience Proven culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting with a strong background in food preparation and service management Supervising experience leading kitchen teams or managing shifts in a hospitality environment Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and inventory management practices Experience with banquet services, catering events, and dietary accommodations is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment Familiarity with food industry trends, menu planning, and kitchen operations management Prior experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles is preferred Join us in delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
