Job Summary This position is responsible for leading our staff meal program and turning surplus, trim, and seasonal shrink into thoughtful, delicious food for our team's daily meals and for value-added products by performing the following duties. Essential Job Duties Plans and prepares diverse, high-quality daily meals for Stoller staff using ingredients already in-house. Builds rotating, seasonal staff menus that stay varied, balanced, and genuinely enjoyable. Executes consistent, high-quality food for employees every service, on schedule. Produces value-added preserved goods, including jams, pickles, and basic charcuterie, from surplus and shrink ingredients. Minimizes food waste through creative sourcing and full use of available ingredients across the estate. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station in line with health and safety standards. Collaborates with the broader culinary team on ingredient planning and cross-program sourcing. Opportunity to plant and help maintain a produce and herb garden on the property. Takes on team leadership as the program grows, with the opportunity to manage a small kitchen team. Performs other duties as assigned. $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
