Job Description

Summary The Event Server supports event execution by setting up and breaking down event spaces, providing attentive wine service, and maintaining clean, organized environments throughout each event. This role works in a fast-paced setting to ensure exceptional guest experience! Event Server Responsibilities Provide professional and engaging wine service for guests at private events, wine club gatherings, and large-scale functions. Pour wine while representing the brand with enthusiasm and product knowledge. Support event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, glassware, and service stations according to instructions from Event Manager and/or Event Lead. Monitor guest consumption and adhere to OLCC service regulations. Clear and clean tables promptly, maintaining tidy and organized dining and tasting spaces. Operate dishwashing equipment, polish glassware, and ensure all service items are sanitized and properly stored. Clean and sanitize dining surfaces, sweep under tables, and promptly address spills or debris. Facilitate transactions and build retail wine orders as needed. Always adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. Anticipate guest needs and communicate/collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain composure, professionalism, and a positive attitude in fast-paced event environments. Demonstrate reliability through punctuality and consistent attendance. Be flexible and adaptable when working across different event types. Routinely bus, clear, and wipe tables before, during, and after events. Perform all duties in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working in outdoor weather conditions.
