• The Role at a glance:
• We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Campus Chef to our Independent School Dining team in Hamburg. As a Campus chef, you will have the opportunity to supervise and participate in the preparation of meals for students, faculty & guests.
• What you'll be doing:
• + Planning, organizing, and supervising of culinary operations for daily meal service and catering events.

+ Planning menus based on various factors, such as market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations. + Conferring with food service director or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service. + Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff. + Other tasks as assigned.

• What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

_ + Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + At least three years' experience in culinary management. + Strong leadership and communication skills. _

Nice-to-haves:

_ + Bilingual Spanish & English + Previous experience in school or higher education dining services + Previous experience in food service contract management services + Previous experience in high volume catering

• Compensation Range
• Up to $60,000 per year depending on experience
