This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic culinary team in a growing operation! We are looking for a motivated, career-driven chef that is interested in learning and taking on a leadership role as we expand to other locations. Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Have 2+ years or more of high volume, fast paced, culinary experience
• Have experience in either fine dining or upscale casual dining
• Be able to maintain a "sense of urgency" for the completion of all responsibilities and tasks, multitask, prioritize and be adaptable
• Have a passion for local sourcing & an appreciation for "real cooking" in a noncorporate environment.
