- Roll Chef experience of a minimum of 2 years in high volume restaurant, Japanese restaurant would be preferred.
- Great communication skills, to customers and co-workers.
- Willing to learn about Japanese culture and traditional sushi techniques.
- Can make sushi rolls and nigiri, and can work with variety of fish.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to multitask.
