We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site at our "Phoenix Peak" location, 2423 E Lincoln Dr. through the remainder of 2026, with a planned transition in Q1 2026 to our new Schwab Wealth Advisory office located at 8701 E Hartford Dr in Scottsdale. Schwab Wealth Advisory is Schwab's premier fee-based wealth management program, dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and tailored solutions. As a Concierge, you will support high net-worth clients, Wealth Advisors, Associate Wealth Advisors, and key internal business partners by managing operational requests, delivering exceptional service, and helping create positive client outcomes. Success in this role is driven by skills rather than a specific career path.- Using your client experience, you will anticipate needs, resolve issues, and deliver a high-touch service experience.
- Through oral and written communication, you will articulate processes and operating standards clearly to advisors and business partners.
- Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in case management, operational workflows, and follow-up activities.
- Leveraging process discipline, sound judgment, and available resources, you will help resolve portfolio management, financial planning, and market-related inquiries.
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or obtained within 120 days)
- Minimum 1 year of financial services experience Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing high-net-worth clients
- Experience supporting financial advisors
