We're a busy, growing paralegal services office in Tucson, and we're looking for a front-office superstar who can be the friendly voice and welcoming face our clients count on. Many of the people who call or walk through our door are navigating something difficult — and you'll be the calm, kind presence that helps them feel taken care of from the very first hello. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll set the tone for their entire experience with us.
You'll:
Answer high-volume phone calls with warmth, professionalism, and energy Schedule and confirm appointments Assist with client intake and answer general questions Greet clients in person and make them feel instantly at ease Stay calm, cool, and positive — even when things feel urgent Keep digital and physical files organized and on track Handle scanning, copying, emailing, and other admin essentials Jump in wherever the front office needs support that day Who Thrives in This Role You are dependable, upbeat, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You can manage a ringing phone, a waiting client, and a stack of files while remaining calm, organized, and professional. Most importantly, you are reliable: you consistently arrive a few minutes early, are ready to work when your shift begins, and can be counted on to work all scheduled shifts.
What you bring:
Bilingual English/Spanish — required Experience in front desk, reception, customer service, hospitality, or call center work (preferred) Strong people skills and clear, friendly communication A positive attitude and steady hand under pressure Sharp organization and multitasking instincts Comfort with phones, computers, email, scanners, and everyday office equipment Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent The Details This is an in-person position at our Tucson office. The role will begin as part-time and transition to full-time in September 2026.
Initial Part-Time Schedule:
Monday through
Thursday:
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Friday:
8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Applicants must be available to transition to a full-time schedule beginning in September 2026. This position includes a 90-day introductory period. Employees may be considered for a pay increase within the first six months based on job performance, reliability, and attendance.
