As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity, ensure compliance with community policies, and respond to incidents swiftly and professionally. This position is ideal for individuals with strong observational skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to remain calm in dynamic situations.

Key Responsibilities:



Safety & Security:

 Monitor and control building access points, checking credentials as necessary.  Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.  Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. 

Observation & Reporting:

 Detect, deter, observe, and report any suspicious activities, property damage, or safety hazards. 

Community Presence:

 Provide a visible and approachable presence to promote a sense of security. Including fully uniformed to company compliance, during entire shift.  Interact professionally with residents, visitors, vendors, and staff.

Emergency Response:

 Respond to and handle crises calmly and efficiently, following site-specific protocols.  Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

 Work in various environments, including cold, rain, snow, or heat.  Occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds.  Stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.  Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally.

Minimum Requirements:

 Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles  Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or at least 2 years of verifiable experience.  Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.  The ideal candidate would have prior security, military, or law enforcement experience and a strong commitment to safety and protection.  As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.  As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.  Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. o A valid driver's license will be required alongside a vehicle.
