Concierge Reports To:
Front of House Manager / Assistant General Manager Position Summary The Resident Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors at The Century. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional concierge-level service while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth daily operations of the front desk and residential amenities. Resident Associates uphold standards of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality at all times. Key Responsibilities Resident & Guest Services- Greet residents and guests with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
- Provide concierge services, including directions, amenity information, and general assistance
- Manage guest access and visitor protocols in accordance with building policies
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally Front Desk & Administrative Duties
- Monitor and operate front desk systems, including BuildingLink, phone systems, and access controls
- Log packages, deliveries, incidents, and work orders accurately
- Coordinate with management, engineering, security, and lifestyle teams as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area Security & Safety
- Monitor building activity, security cameras, and access points
- Enforce building policies and procedures respectfully and consistently
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established protocols
- Complete incident reports and documentation as required Package & Vendor Coordination
- Receive, log, store, and distribute resident packages accurately
- Coordinate vendor access and service appointments
- Ensure deliveries comply with building procedures and security standards Professional Standards
- Maintain a polished appearance in accordance with uniform guidelines
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding resident information
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and staff
- Work collaboratively with team members across all shifts Schedule & Availability
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Overtime availability may be required based on operational needs Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in luxury residential, hospitality, hotel, concierge, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with BuildingLink or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages as needed Skills & Competencies
- Customer-service oriented with attention to detail
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmen
