Resident Services Supervisor About Villa Marin Villa Marin is a distinctive Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) where residents own their condominiums and actively participate in self-governance through a Homeowners Association (HOA). Our community thrives on resident involvement, offering a vibrant lifestyle supported by comprehensive amenities and services. Position Summary The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, embodying Villa Marin's commitment to exceptional service and community engagement. The Concierge desk is staffed 24/7. This role is pivotal in facilitating daily operations, supporting resident-led initiatives, and ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects our values of independence, dignity, and active participation. We are currently hiring only for on-call staff, a person who can cover shifts when others are ill or on vacation. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations Greet and direct visitors, ensuring compliance with security protocols. Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Manage mail and package distribution for residents. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and service requests. Coordinate with various departments to ensure resident needs are met efficiently. Resident Support Assist residents with scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and managing service requests. Provide information about community events, services, and amenities. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting. Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Sensitivity to the needs and preferences of older adults. Personal Attributes Professional demeanor with a warm and approachable personality. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive community atmosphere. Working Conditions Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
