Help families plan the best day of their kid's year. Characters IO brings beloved storybook and party characters to birthdays and events across Southern California. When a parent reaches out about a party, you are the friendly voice that turns their inquiry into a booked celebration. No cold calling, no selling to strangers. Every person you talk to already wants what we do. What you'll do Respond to inquiries by text, email, and phone, and help excited parents pick the perfect character for their event. Send booking links and confirm payments. Keep our CRM organized so every lead gets a fast, personal response and nothing slips through the cracks. Assign performers to booked events and confirm the details with them. Keep the event calendar accurate. What we're looking for A warm, upbeat communicator who writes friendly, professional texts and emails. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working across texting, email, phone, and a CRM (we use Pipedrive, and we'll train you). Reliable weekend availability, because weekends are party days and that's when families need us most. Customer service, scheduling, booking, or front-desk experience is a plus.
