Concierge

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a candidate to be available to fill in when our regular employees take vacation, have sick days or are off on holidays. Must have availability and flexibility and be available to work last minute and all shifts listed. The Concierge is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and property within the premises, while also providing top-tier concierge services to enhance the overall living experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and discreetly.

Responsibilities / Duties

/ Functions / Tasks Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when necessary. Investigate disturbances and incidents. Enforce property rules and regulations. Provide assistance and support to residents and guests. Complete detailed reports on incidents and activities and report to the Property Manager. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary. Package management and delivery to residents. Communicate and maintain good relationships with tenants. Maintaining a clean apartment complex. Close communication and teamwork with the main office to ensure the continued success of and smooth operations of the apartment community. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Education

/ Certification / Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 years' experience as a Security Guard or relevant position. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures. Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Security guard license/certification is preferred. Ability to work overnight shifts. Physical Requirements & Environment Must be able to move around the facility and be capable of inspecting various areas, including climbing stairs or ladders if necessary, including performing walkthroughs on the property every 60 minutes. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 15 pounds. Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and odors. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to bend down to pick up items off the floor.
