Talented Service Concierge / Valet & Advisor This role combines motorcycle pickup & delivery, service drive support, and coordination between Parts and Service. You are the first impression and a key link in keeping our shop efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Motorcycle pickup & delivery Safely load, transport, and handle motorcycles Greet riders and assist with service check-in/out Support the Service Manager with repair orders and customer updates Coordinate communication between customers and technicians Work closely with Parts to ensure timely ordering and staging of service-related parts Help maintain an organized, professional service drive

Essential Requirements:

Valid motorcycle endorsement (required) Clean driving record Confident handling motorcycles of all sizes Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, team-first attitude

Additional Information:

Dealership experience is a plus. Enjoy paid training
