Front Desk Specialist

As a member of the Celebration Chevrolet team, the receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and employees. We will rely on you to be a brand ambassador for Celebration and for GM, promoting our products, services, people, and experiences. In this role, you get to meet and help a variety of people, learn about the automotive business and provide excellent customer service. This is a career for someone who is service oriented, energized by people, and is flexible with taking on different tasks as needed. The receptionist will answer customer needs in person at the front desk as well as over the phone. In addition, scheduling service appointments and communicating important messages to department heads are other important roles. Here, you will build a career that helps people achieve their dreams, because purchasing a car isn't just about a new set of tires, it's about creating memories, establishing reliability, and achieving convenience and mobility.
