  • Full-time The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first impression and central point of hospitality for our office—an essential, highly visible role within a premier luxury real estate environment.

Position Requirements Prior experience in a front-facing administrative or hospitality-driven role, preferably within a professional or luxury environment Proven ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and composure in a fast-paced, high-touch setting Strong attention to detail with an elevated sense of presentation and service standards Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships, particularly with Advisors and the Managing Broker Working knowledge of MLS systems (DASH, Lone Wolf, or similar platforms) and internal real estate tools preferred Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize multiple requests seamlessly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Advisor & Leadership Support Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Advisors and the Managing Broker to ensure seamless business flow Serve as a central resource for Advisors, proactively identifying and fulfilling support needs Coordinate and manage office supply inventory and ordering Client & Guest Experience Deliver a polished, welcoming, and attentive experience for all clients and visitors Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and routed appropriately Greet all guests immediately upon arrival, ensuring comfort and a seamless connection to Advisors Maintain a hospitality-forward environment, including oversight of lobby presentation, coffee bar, and shared spaces Operational Excellence Oversee daily office readiness, ensuring all spaces are fully operational, well-stocked, and presented to luxury standards Monitor office equipment and facilities (printers, lighting, hardware, etc.), addressing needs proactively and escalating as necessary Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office correspondence Coordinate and manage open houses and office tours across all relevant platforms Customer Experience & Culture Champion and embody the company's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional service Foster a culture of collaboration, positivity, and elevated service among Advisors and staff Maintain impeccable office presentation at all times, including: Preparing the office for daily operations (systems on, spaces organized) Ensuring coffee bar, lobby, and workspaces are fully stocked and pristine Curating professional displays (magazines, marketing materials, digital galleries) Answer all incoming calls within three rings using a polished, brand-aligned greeting Approach every interaction with authenticity, warmth, and a genuine desire to support Compensation & Benefits Salary range dependent upon experience. In addition to base pay, we provide employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans. Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays.
