Concierge Trade Center Management Associates 19.50 United States, D.C., Washington 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest (Show on map) Sep 08, 2026 Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC) is a dynamic hub for government, business, commerce and the community, in the heart of the nation's capital. As the first and only federal building dedicated to both public and private use, the Reagan Building is the official World Trade Center Washington, DC, featuring a premier conference and events center, executive office space, attractions and exhibits, retail, dining, parking and public programming. Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company), the exclusive manager of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, is seeking a part time Concierge to join our team. Essential Functions Greet guests to the building and assist with any questions they might have

Assist tenants, guests, and clients with resolution of any problems or concerns, seeking help from supervisor if needed

Provide accurate and complete information in a professional and friendly manner

Demonstrate proper respect and professional decorum at all time

Work well as part of a team

Provide tours of the building

Continually gather knowledge and become more informed about the building, its surrounding area and the DC in general

Perform informational searches on the internet to assist guests and research events and activities

Candidate's Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience in a customer facing role

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle situations appropriately

Good communication and interpersonal skills, including reading, writing and verbal

Computer knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Able to work a variable schedule that may change according to business needs

Must be adaptable, professional and courteous

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Languages - additional language skills such as Spanish, Mandarin, or American Sign Language a plus

Flexible work schedule, work weekends
