- Partnership Track Internal Medicine or Family Medicine | Bonita Springs-Naples, Florida A rapidly growing, independent, physician-owned concierge and longevity medicine practice is seeking a personable and forward-thinking physician to join our team.
We are based in sunny southwest Florida and specialize in aesthetics and regenerative joint procedures as well. Our practice is built around meaningful physician-patient relationships, thoughtful clinical decision-making, longer visits and exceptional accessibility. We provide comprehensive adult primary care while integrating preventive medicine, longevity, health optimization and coordinated specialty care. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who wants more than a traditional high-volume primary care position. The successful candidate will help shape a quickly growing practice, develop a manageable concierge patient panel and participate in the future direction of the organization. A partnership track is available for the right physician based on long-term alignment, performance and contribution to the practice. This job is looking for a candidate with a long term fit. We have practiced for 12 years and built a good network of specialists and other medical services to provide superior care for our clients. Position Highlights Independent, physician-owned practice Smaller, relationship-based concierge patient panel Longer appointments and time to address complex concerns Strong clinical and administrative support Competitive guaranteed compensation while building a patient panel Panel-growth and performance incentives Long-term partnership opportunity Primarily weekday schedule with shared, limited after-hours availability Professional autonomy and a meaningful role in practice development Opportunity to participate in teaching and clinical innovation Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive adult primary care, including preventive care, acute visits and chronic disease management Develop personalized health and wellness plans based on each patient's medical history, risks and goals Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and their families Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals and other healthcare professionals Provide timely communication and appropriate concierge accessibility Maintain accurate, timely and high-quality clinical documentation Support patient-panel growth through excellent care, retention and community relationships Participate in clinical quality improvement and development of practice protocols, learn new procedures in aesthetics and regenerative joint care Depending on the physician's interests, additional opportunities may include longevity medicine, advanced health assessments, point-of-care ultrasound, aesthetics, joint injections, PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate procedures and other office-based treatments. Training and mentorship may be available in selected areas. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one Active DEA registration or eligibility At least one year of independent clinical experience following residency; two to three years or more preferred Excellent clinical judgment, communication and interpersonal skills Warm, personable and responsive approach to patient care Genuine interest in preventive health, wellness and long-term patient relationships Commitment and demonstration to evidence-based, ethical and clinically appropriate care Interest in helping build and grow an expanding physician-led practice Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset Ability to meet credentialing, background and professional-liability requirements Prior concierge, executive-health, longevity or procedural experience is helpful but not required.
